Buddha Logic president and CTO to share how Colorado Housing and Finance Authority reduced processing time on key tasks from three weeks to one day with RPA
Boulder, CO — September 06, 2018 — Buddha Logic (www.buddhalogic.com), a leading provider of robotic process automation (RPA) services, has announced that Charles Weidman, company president and CTO, will give a presentation titled “From 3 Weeks to a Day: How CHFA Transformed Accounting Processes with RPA” as part of the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON) Intelligent Automation World Series Live 2018 event. Co-presenting with Weidman will be Art Sarno, product marketing director for financial process automation (FPA) at Kofax.
The live webinar on September 12 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time will provide details on how the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) worked with Buddha Logic to achieve cost-effective process improvements across the organization using robotic process automation. CHFA transformed data entry time from days to minutes and reduced recurring processes from hour to seconds.
Some of the challenges faced by the Buddha Logic team included:
- Identifying RPA task and process automation candidates
- Promoting the value of forming a cross-functional RPA “Center of Excellence”
- Determining where cognitive automation should be applied to enhance processes
